as far as the get no sleep mindfuck pic, in the lower left wood panel of the door, there is a face in the texture of the wood grain. There are two eyes and a mouth but the mouth is pretty rough. no nose or anything else. I don't know if it's it but it's not enough to make me lose sleep.
