Lowe needs to go to the pen with Minor up to take his rotation spot. Proctor also needs to be sent to AA to hang out with Kawakami while calling up Vizcaino

LOL at the Braves. Had 2nd best record in baseball a few weeks ago and now they are down to just a 1.5 game lead over the Giants/Dbacks for the wild card. Looks like this season may go down like last year when the Padres/Giants battled the Braves for the WC. The whole team has sucked a fat dick post All Star break so far.

Lowe was very good in the 2nd half last year, but he's just a liability now. His sinker is like a slow fastball. Hopefully Fredi will have the balls to start skipping his starts when possible or bring up Minor to pitch. Wish Medlen could have made it back on his original time table.

^^ He batted Jurrjens 8th two games ago as well. Said some stuff about Costanza hitting 9th would give him more opportunities to use his speed if he got on base. I guess if he's hitting 8th and gets on, then the pitcher is bunting so his speed is negated. Gay strategy, but who cares, most of the Braves regulars hit like pitchers anyway.

^ Technically you could throw in Medlen too. Braves just need to get McCann and Chipper back and they should be able to take the WC. Moylan would be a great addition to the pen for the home stretch assuming he is effective. Another righty to mix in with the big three in the pen would be awesome.
