last night i found a dog and i had to give him to the pound this morning he was definitely someone's pet but no tags or anything. i rescued him from the middle of the road. we almost hit him then 2 other cars almost hit him while i tried to get him. collar and no tags. hope he had a microchip hope someone comes for him
