and going for a walk is also good advice, if you get breaks then use it to get out of your office. even if it's only for a few minutes. it helps

I usually walk around with my ipod for a bit if i need a break from some of these idiots.

Anyways I can't just up and go for a walk as much as I'd like to (we have really great scenery around here). Being the admin/receptionist/everything else makes it a little hard to just leave.

So for now I will drink my coffee and think about which piece of candy I will eat first!
