i tried to come home a day early... caught a flight from Germany over to Paris and landed a little late (apparently this flight is late EVERY single day..more on that later)

anyways, i get to Paris and it's late in the day.. this airport literally shuts down by like 4-5pm and i was on the last flight going out of there. so, i literally have to get all the way across the biggest airport in Paris in about 8 minutes... my phone rings right as i'm getting to the door to get on the bus that takes you out to the airplane for my flight, i stop to answer it and the bus takes off. the lady standing there says "that phone just made you miss your flight.. they thought you werent getting on since you stopped before you got outside, haha"

i thought i was gonna kill that bitch.. about 5 minutes later everybody that was on the germany -> Paris flight finally caught up.. apparently that same scenario happens every single day, they had people ready at the counters for us and hotels already lined up for us because it happens so often. why they dont just change the fucking flight time by 10 minutes i'll never know but i've never been so pissed in all my life.. i paid extra to leave a day early bc i needed to get home to take care of some shit and got stuck in a shitty ass hotel room in fucking France of all places and all over a fucking phone call that could have waited and that i almost didnt even look at when it rang

oh, and the worst part... they told me the next flight they had an empty seat on was at the same time the next day so they gave me a ticket for that flight. i got to the airport at 8am anyways because i was gonna do everything i could to get the hell out of there and turns out there was a flight basically every hour starting at 9am...

Yeah we drove from Germany to Paris one day just to fuck around while the guy we had came to see was busy with military shit (stationed over there obviously)... we got to our hotel (thank god for GPS) and couldn't figure out where to park. i asked some dude if he spoke English and he said "nah man, i don't" - in perfect English. then to top it off he started talking to his friends in English and they spoke back in English

seriously, they fucking hate Americans

i mean, i hate ppl who come here and don't speak English..but i don't think I'd care if i knew the language they were speaking

i was in a store in paris a couple of years ago and the salesman was being real bitter towards me because he thought i was an american. i told him that i was from canada, and the guy started being nice to me.

my girlfriend's sister and her husband live in paris, so if you go there i'll give you his address so you can go punch him in his nuts for me.
