yeah...i haven't slept well in years...

there is always too much on my mind and i stay busy enough that i don't think about it until my down time...which is when i'm getting ready to go to sleep...

to be as laid back as i can be, i'm really uptight....well...not so much uptight as wound up and high strung...

i've been grinding my teeth for years....or i dream the entire not....or i just don't sleep...
