^^^ There was one in Cary. It was where the cookout is on Walnut Street. It left Cary because their retarded regulations wouldn't allow them to keep up their HOT DOUGHNUTS sign. Not to mention the place started to run downhill due to crappy management before it finally closed. We went there a few times when it said HOT DOUGHNUTS and got nice, crusty, old ass cold doughnuts.

It won't come back to Cary unless they change their rules and policies on building appearances, which will probably never happen.

I think he's probably handled this in the best way possible. I mean, he's been decent to me about it in spite of the history. He's been firm about where he stands so as not to give me mixed signals. He's still thoughtful, which is nice. I know I'm lucky in that way- that he's being friendly in this situation.

Still, I don't like it. Part of me feels like a balloon with the air squealing out each time I have a thought that takes me back. I'm glad he's happy. I really am. And it's not about me not being happy or that I'm trying to mess that up. I just feel like such an ass for the past. I wonder how long I will kick myself.
