I am sweating my ass off supervising the shop today. We shouldn't even have come in because of the extreme waste of money to support so few assemblers. I tried to warn the section manager I am covering for and his boss, but no one listens.

I have a dying tree that I'm not that particularly sentimental towards. It has a variety of bugs in the soil, fungus on some roots, has lost nearly all of its leaves (and those that remain are shriveled up), most if not all of the branches are dry and dead, the bark is somewhat soggy, and when I scrape in some areas it is black.

Should I...buy new dirt and re-pot, buy and apply fungicide, buy and apply insecticide, cut a lot of the branches off, say a few Hail Marys and wait a few weeks while it sits outside

or

Buy a new tree and take better care of it
