prolly, but i dont know, all my international travel up to this point has been for pleasure.

however, i'm trying to get a multi-entry pass, in order to hop down to hong kong on the weekends and not have problems.

i've been gathering paperwork for about 3 weeks aready, and am nervous if i dont get everything submitted today or tomorrow it may not be ready by the 28th

right now you need:

-official invite letter from the provincial government, in chinese (this is the big boy right now, i've got mine in hand, but suspected lead time right now is growing up to 4+ weeks to get a response)
-official invite letter from your local company/contacts detailing explicit reasoning for entry, and if applying for multi-entry, timespan and reason for secondary and further entries.. also in chinese, hand signed
-detailed flight itenteraries
-hotel confirmation letter and itenterary, issued directly from the hotel detailing room, rate, length of stay, location, inviter, etc
-a like 3 page application, two copies, with passport level photos attached
-information from the consulate in D.C. (regional)
-and a few others im forgetting....

it's wild, but i think china is one of the top most... verbose for visa applications.

I feel 500000000000 times better after that shower.

AT work at 6 this morning. Drove two loads on the bus to Lyle Creek. Drove a load to Sipes. Stood outside in the sun for 3 hours watching the kids ride horses. Drove the load back to Lyle Creek. Ate lunch at Lyle Creek. Drove the mini bus back to Shuford. Drove the air break bus around to practice, got gas for the air break bus. Drove the two other mini busses to get gas and back.

Got back to Shuford and the fire alarm is going off in the barn. I'm the only one there so I have to call Alicia. As I'm calling 3 fire trucks show up. It's so hot outside that it set off the heat sensor inside the barn. Stood outside for an hour waiting for them to fix it.

Get off work and drive to walmart, drive home. Get a shower, and here I am now.

I've been in the AC a total of 15 mins since 6 am. I was hot and dirty. The dry dirt turned into mud because of my sweat.

SHOWER WAS AMAZING!

my friend is being a little bitch

it was 3 of us going to the beach this week. i told him a week ago i couldn't go and offered to pay my portion anyways if they were still going.. he insisted i was still going, i told him i really wasnt and to plan accordingly.

he finally realizes i'm not bullshitting on the fucking day we're suppose to leave and after other dude has already backed out and refused to pay anything (and its too late for him to get his money back) and now he's trying to blame the shit on me and saying he doesn't have that kind of money to waste.. he drives a 2008 corvette, accord, bmw and jeep and he's my age--i think he's doing ok (rich family). not to mention i offered to pay for it just so he couldn't be pissed off about it
