i eat leftovers sometimes. depends on what it is. i hate microwaving things so...that is why i usually try to pawn my leftovers onto someone else. the toaster oven is my friend for reheating.

I love leftovers. It would seem kind of like a waste to me to cook just for one meal. I guess tacos are pretty easy to make, though, so it's not like you're cooking for an hour for one meal. But then you have to portion the meat or whatever out into one serving size, and that seems like it would be annoying ... but I guess that's why you have too much in the first place ... hello circularity.
