Jeepin4x4, no the disposal at my rental unit isn't working again. i'm assuming the motor burned out but this would be the second time in less than a year this has happened and i just replaced the whole disposal a few years ago.

of course Roto Rooter called me at 8:30 and was like, "sorry but our technician can't come out until later" so now i am waiting for them to call me so i can meet him out there.
