See I was a cute little redhead.
Because it's a faded red right now because it was done mid/early July...... Not so cute.

I got a sample of Vera Wang's Princess perfume. It's really really good, surprisingly.
I've also been a bad girl and ordered 12 different Philosophy 3-in-1s (shampoo, conditioner, bubblebath), though nine of those were the small sizes. I'm going to be in shower heaven for a while; the big bottles I got were Peppermint Cheesecake, Mint Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Coverd Strawberries. Mmmm.

If yall like these, buy them now. They're discontinued. http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7191615/c/2986.html I have a pair that I've worn out, and I think I'm gonna buy two pair. These shoes are SO fucking awesome, and they're damn comfortable.
I also ordered these

quick ideas - my roomate is trying to figure out what to pair with her outfit tonight. she's wearing jeans, some brick red shoes, and this gold/tan sweater top. but she's trying to figure out what color tank to put underneath the sweater, b/c it's not wearable w/o one. it's her anniversary dinner, and she was gonna wear a dress and some heels but b/c of the weather she's switching it up.
suggestions? 9/1/2006 4:58:18 PM |

there needs to be red somewhere else in the outfit if she's going to have red shoes. 9/1/2006 5:19:48 PM |

^ I concur. What type of top is it, can se possibly pull off a red belt? Does she have a red cami to go underneath or some earrings or something. Cuz I hate hate hate hate hate nothing more than to see an outfit and get to the shoes and say wtf? for the gals that wear eye makeup and have contacts...what do you use as far as eye makeup goes? it seems i'm having more days than i used to where towards the end of the day my eye makeup starts coming off and irritating my eyes...not itching, but making my contact move around and not staying in place like it should. i've used rewetting drops thinking it's just dryness but that doesn't help. so i've determined it must be the eye makeup... 11/1/2006 2:29:04 PM |

If it's the mascara that's causing your problems (flaking into your eyes, etc.) then I can definitely recommend Blinc's Kiss Me mascara. I've heard raves about it from all of my friends. It forms little tubes around your lashes that don't flake off or smudge but are easily removed with water.
http://www.blincinc.com/about_kiss_me.htm
I haven't used it because I use a MAC #205 brush to put my mascara on and that applies thinly enough and without clumps that I don't have any flaking problems. 11/1/2006 3:01:39 PM |
elkaybie All American 39626 Posts user info edit post |
i don't think it's the mascara but that sounds pretty great regardless...i think it may be the eyeshadow or liner actually. 11/1/2006 3:05:21 PM |

If your actual makeup is coming off, maybe you could use a primer? Urban Decay Potion Primer is supposed to set your eyeshadow in place for hours. A lot of girls on this makeup message board I read swear by it. I think other companies make similar products. 11/1/2006 3:10:39 PM |
