ok, the boxes, just study the construction of the box and see what might be wrong

the girls, look in the window

waterfall. what i think is if you look on the right side of the waterfall, into the rocks.....looks like something behind the water (hint: trees)

^^^^ The only thing I see is it looks like the tombstone on the second terrace on the right is transparent, it looks like you can see through it to the wall behind it.

the only one i cant seem to get is the waterfall. the rocks/trees explanation just doesnt make sense to me.

I've always just considered the graveyard to be a clever attempt to make people stare at an image on their screen for >20 minutes. As far as I know there has never been any actual confirmed "mindfuck" present in it.
