Hot take, but I think these people are suffering because they don't love freedom enough. If they did, they would all have had their own arsenal of guns and could have quickly or even preemptively neutralized the attacker. They really have only themselves to blame when you think about it. Sad!

It was easy to see the direct need for the lockdowns, but they'll probably cause a comparable level damage and death in the long run to the actual pandemic

I also think a ton of covid unrelated deaths went up in people with life threatening disease, undiagnosed people, wait times, etc

Mental health is a meme at this point. The phrase is uttered approximately every 30 seconds on social media or mainstream media. There are regular advertisements for therapy and SSRIs, the opioid crisis has really hurt small towns, etc. Big pharma obviously plays a role in this.

Anybody who has regrets or feels down at any point = ah muh mental health instead of adjusting your attitude, managing your expectations or stop seeking validation from others/outside entities.

If you think I'm an idiot for saying this, fine, but even 15 years ago nobody talked about mental health like it's some focal point of life. Universities and workplaces didn't have 'wellness days' and the suggestion of that wouldn't have been taken seriously. Why is that? What changed?

the amount of pharmaceuticals out there

so much chronic illness out there, its an epidemic
the root is simply the lifestyle overall

and chronic illness is also subsequently linked to depression
