So my boss got asked to resign fired because of stupid drama at work. She was the one that did the schedule and gave me the hours I needed. I feel great now, cause the person who will now be doing the schedule was talking shit about how he doesn't think I should have the hours I get cause I'm not needed before he knew she wasn't gonna work there anymore.

What should I do?

find a new job
fight to keep my hours
move to part time

I DREAD going to work tomorrow. I need a new job. The YMCA of Catawba Valley is going to the shitter. No wonder there isn't any money to pay their employees anymore. When they fire their best School Age director that has been there in years and leaves someone who has less experience than the employees as the new director they have issues.

I'm going to lose hours now because the new director does the schedule and he thinks that I'm not needed, even though today he was paniced that he was by himself and he got my help.
