Kohl's is really hit-or-miss for me. Sometimes I'll walk in and two seconds later find an amazingly cute shirt for $2. Then other times I'll be there for an hour, try on a billion things and find nothing worth thinking twice about.

depends on the neighborhood - i'm on my HOA board and it's not that way yet - we're a young neighborhood though with the first closing just 2 years ago and the last closing less than 6 months ago
