well, technically waiting on real estate agent to get back with the price. she ran the ad in the paper and somebody called her through the ad so she's an agent for the buyers and me which is really f'in weird.

i'm really really pissed i let her list this condo to begin with..because the company she used to work for cut their internet advertising budget (as in, i couldn't even find my OWN place anywhere online).. i bitched about it, she quit, went to work for remax.. and now a week later i've almost got one offer and there was talk of another one but they backed out

how fucking stupid is a company for cutting their internet budget?
