i consider myself to be semi-lactose intolerant....like, 8oz of milk will fuck me up, but cheesecheesecheese doesnt do a damn thing. anything more than a scoop of ice cream and i'm toast though.

but it doesn't make me vom, it just makes me way gassy

oh shit. i totally forgot i ate ice cream tonight. DOH.

and on top of that i had cheese stuffed manicotti for dinner with melted cheese on top and a salad with cheese on it. then ice cream.

salad + dairy = sad stomach i didn't vom. but i feel like i could!
