well, the canes didn't do so well tonight as i guess you guys heard

not sure exactly what happened to Justin Williams but he was on the ice for a good 5 minutes

Brind'amour was back but he looked really sloppy in the first, i'm sure its because he's been unable to practice the last few days

overall the canes just got outworked i think. lots of bad/questionable passing from the canes. the panthers just looked like a team that wanted it more

Cullen got caught with his head down for a brief second and Colton Orr knocked him silly. He sprawled out on the ice and he hit face first which busted something open. Word from Forslund is a mild concussion and some stitches. Orr was given a 5 minute major (which the Canes failed to score on) and thrown out of the game, although the hit looked like it may have been clean.

yeah one can't be super pissed at Orr, it looked like it may have been an ok hit. But it also looked like it couldn't have. And the extreme amounts of gray area make it hard to be mad at him. That and I don't know the ins and outs of clean hits, good hits, honorable hits, dirty hits, etc. so it'd be dumb on my part to pass judgment, best to leave that to the league... maybe.
