went to Ruckus Cary last night.

What a shitty fucking experience.

1) Beer list was lacking
2) Beer list was out of date (they didn't have several on the list. was given the excuse of "we're changing beer menus tomorrow". which is bullshit. if your beer list isn't your beer list, then don't fucking give it to me. give me a list that actually has what you are serving.
3) Server didn't even know this "old" beer list... I had to point out my drinks to her... she should know what is on the menu.
4) No garlic knots as a side? Really? Fuck off.
5) $1.50 to substitute fries instead of some gross potato salad crap? Fuck you.
6) Black and blue burger... no "blue" at all. Pretty poor execution... I know what it should taste like (Thank you Raleigh Ruckus). This thing was just lacking everything this burger was supposed to be about.
7) Ruckus Chopped Salad.... avocado and chips anyone? What a poor fucking excuse for a salad. The idea is great. The execution is horrible. Seriously, no character to this salad at all, unless all you care for is the two ingredients I listed.
8) Price. Holy. Fucking. Shit. I realize you have to up the ante for Caryians, but fuck.

Overall, Ruckus Cary sucks. I don't see how it's still open. They're ruining a good name. Of course, I guess it's "successful" because people who go there are used to it and not Ruckus Raleigh...

I know I'll be avoiding this place like the plague. Ruckus Raleigh for life!

I'm pretty sure their two slice and a drink lunch price is the same as Ruckus Raleigh. That, along with their fairly nice outdoor area is enough to keep my business.

I honestly prefer it to Ruckus Raleigh, but that's more related to the "it's not as cramped" factor than anything else.

Man I went to the Ruckus in Cary last weekend and I don't know what was going on but service was slooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. I had to be that guy and ask the hostess to send a waitress to our table after about 20 minutes of waiting. The people I was with just wanted to bounce but I wanted pizza dammit

Ruckus Cary's service has always lacked the handful of times I've been. Went yesterday and had the eggplant parmesan with a side of veggies. The whole plate was swimming in oil

Usually when we go we get one of the same two chicks and they're always great. But last time it was just no bueno. And our pizza took almost an hour even though they weren't that busy. At least I've been in there when it's twice as busy and gotten our food faster. I really wonder what was going on that day
