There was plenty of traffic, it was right at class change when I was there. There were people looking at the big wall, but no so much in the tunnel.

i walked past it today, it definately the big wall at the entrance to the tunnel is the most effective. the stuff inside the tunnel already got partially painted over, and amongst the cluster of color in there, it doesn't really stand out that much.
