I'd love to see your source for this. The story you posted is one instance, where the girl lied and said she was 19.

Regardless, it's not any surprise that a microcosm of society would have the same criminal issues as society at-large.

^^there are actually a ton of similar stories, and its becoming well known (to people who read the news) that the camps are clamping down to stop the flow of bad news from the groups. Rapes and sexual assaults lead to nothing more than people chasing the perp out of the camp while shouting that he's a pervert.

They don't want the cops in the camps to arrest anyone since that leads to more bad press. Supposedly they deal with it internally, but who knows what that amounts to

That's just the thing though. Corporations are wary to spend their money because they don't know what the government is going to do next. I work for a small business that currently gets most of its money in the form of contracts from larger corporations for R&D and manufacturing of nanotechnology.
