^^^lots of really warm compresses! if you have contacts, throw away your current pair and wear glasses until it goes away. If the stye doesn't go away after a few days to a week go see your doctor.

I had a stye on the inside of my right eye that never went away, i didn't take care of it either. Eventually I had to get surgery (very minor) to get rid of the damn thing.

Don't have contacts. You can put a warm compress directly on your eye?? (actually doesn't matter, because I don't have one)

I feel like it's going away...but it SUCKED last night. It also looks like I got popped in the eye.

yeah so I either get the tap really hot, or boil some water and then let it cool a bit (so I dont burn myself) Submerge a rag/tea towel and then place it on the closed eye. Do this a bunch, I usually do it before bed.

^I do this, or hot showers. Also, put a bit of water on a towel (just a sprinkle), and microwave it for about 10 seconds. This will get it hot, but not too wet, and that feels amazing on the stye.

I get a stye any time I am around someone who is smoking, so I've learned how to become adept with dealing with them.
