low reps-high weight increases strength (and lean body mass), high reps-low weight increases endurance...homies

well shit i'm gonna start only doing 6-8 reps now

i usually do like 8-10 reps for deadlift, like 12-18 reps for lat pull and close grip lat pull...10-12 for bicep curls, 7-10 bench, 9-12 for shoulder press

today: chest (machine day, since we obliterated chest last week. gotta let my joints recover)

5 sets hammer strength chest press
4 sets hammer strength incline press
4 sets hammer strength decline press
4 sets flyes

then ran 3 miles

75lb each hand shoulder shrugs 50 reps

What do you think of the slosh pipe. The article I read made it look like brutal good fun.

I didn't make it to the gym today. I'm going tommorrow afternoon. I may do some body weight stuff, stretching, adn foam rolling tonight.

so far today, i've just been eating a lot--which is what my bulking diet calls for. i'm going to lift later--after the bench and curl monday after work morons leave from my gym.

^arcgreek, where do you lift? Or do you use reg. plates (instead of bumpers) to do your snatches and other OH stuff?

I feel your pain. I did that Jan 1, 2005. Tore the ACL, MCL and Mensicus. Therapy is no fun, and it's hard work, but sooo worth it.

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical after being couped up in a car all day. It felt really good to stretch my legs out finally.
