Got all the grocery shopping done, and once the little guy is down I will begin prepping the pies to bake

The pumpkin I will bake and chill, and not eat between now and Thursday....so tough!!
But should I prep the apple pie and bake it the day of? Or bake it, freeze it, then reheat it the day of?

Soooooo I have half a container of pumpkin puree and I need to make something with it. We're not doing the traditional thanksgiving stuff so it's not like I can make something and bring it. I have supplies to make stuff like bread or cupcakes but if I make cupcakes I would eat them all (I'm only in the office tomorrow).

Anyone have any good pumpkin recipes?

Still feel like poop. Couldn't sleep well last night, even though I took another nyquil. Damn dog was an asshole and whined whined, so I took him outside and he proceeded to do nothing for like 7 minutes. Brought him back upstairs got settled and then he whined again. Asshole. Then kept waking up all night. Feel worse today, decided to stay home but still couldn't sleep in. I need rest Dammit!!!!
