1. NO...he hasn't agreed to our hosting it yet.
2. YES...if he DOES agree to our hosting it, we will be changing the date b/c there's a conflict with our conference rooms that day
3. it's marked TENTATIVE on your calendar with a big "HOLD" next to it just in case he DOES object to our hosting it, then it will be in a completely different office so this date WOULD work out.
4. I just don't want you scheduling anything in the time being while I confirm all of this.
