Have you tried just stacking all of your tables? It is waaaayyyy easier IMO. Also, I have a AHK script to move a table to the side if more attention is needed.

Yeh I tried it but I hate it. Something about having them overlapping allows me to semi-remember a particular player and also what MTT is what to an extent based on the position of the table on my screen. When I stack them I just feel kinda more robotic and seem to have less of a flow for the table dynamic.

Its similar to Pokerstove.

You plug in a given range of an opponent and it tells you what range of hands has x amount of equity against his range. Good for restealing etc...I can send it to ya on AIM or something if ya want it.

^^^with your stack size there, you shouldn't be flatting villians reraise preflop. Either all in or fold. most players will make those 2.5X reraises with big pairs or AK (clearly they want you to call), I usually just let them have it in your situation and wait for a better spot. Your best case scenario was probably 10's or J's for a coinflip, but I would figure you would most likely be dominated by AK or a big pair with that preflop action.

given that you decided to play the hand, I would've shoved on the flop, no reason to slowroll there, you've hit your flop and you need to take it down while you have it (you've already shrugged off the possibility of AK), and you've got too many of your chips committed at that point to let someone see a free card and hit a possible set. I'm ignoring the fact that the moron shoved on the turn and hit his 1-outer, your play was equally as bad. Just learn from it and move on.

Alright it's been a few years since I've ventured into the online ring games so I thought i'd squeeze off a couple hundred hands at low limits to see how leaky I am. I'm trying to get better in heads up pots since I've gotten so accustomed to multiway 1/2 & 2/5 flops in Vegas before i stab at the 10/20 NL games.

My first ~300 hands went really well but I think I ran good too... There was really only one hand that felt strange to me and even after analyzing my line I still can't finger how I should have played it.

I'm used to player specific reads from live games, my boring online rote plays need work... someone help me out

^^ I like the play. I think it shows much more strength to check raise all in on the turn, plus it's way easier to make that play vs betting and then being the one having to call the an in. With a raise in such late position he could have a myriad of hands ranging from flush draw to ace rag.

That was my thinking at the time, I didn't wanna check call the turn and river... Also figured the check raise gets him to dump ak... But I'm still not sure I love the check raise since its a draw heavy board...

Really? I think check fold is way too weak given how small my stack is... I thought people would suggest bet/fold or bet/call over c/f, c/c for sure... Wasn't sure how they'd feel about c/r...

I think c/f the turn is fine -- but it's def villain dependent.

Generally speaking what do you expect to beat when c/r AI as a bluff -- using that logic if anything c/c'ing the turn is > c/r AI imo bc it allows for bluffcatching or ch/ch rivs (but that is a weird/bad line too). But I still like c/f for the most part.

First time in a casino this weekend, played at Bally's in AC. Only two games in my budget at the time were NL 1/1 and 1/3, so sat at the 1/1 with my girlfriend and my cousin. I absolutely love live play, online doesn't even compare. Won the first 8 or so pots I was in, but ended up droppinng my winnings in 2 pots until I was too tired to keep going. I wasn't a fan of the actual tables (no place to set a drink down), and would prefer 1/2 or 2/4. Planning another trip soon where I can spend more than a few hours playing, with more to play with, where would ya'll recommend?

Well no doubt about that, just wanted to take in a few casinos in the short amount of time we had, and figured I'd go sit for a couple hours of poker while my girl blew my cash on slots (well, after she blew her min buyin at the table in ~5 hands). Wanted to go to the borgata, but a bit out of the way for what we were trying to do.

I logged hundreds of hours at ballys in 2004. I could beat the 2-4 limit game there for about $20\hour back then. 10 to the flop, 8 to the turn, 5 to the river, 3 callers on the end. unreal soft games just had to try to make sets and flushes to ever win.

It was a smoking room back then tho which sucked

the only redeaming factor of ballys was that they'd give out free hot dogs to players at any level

basically, that's it.

ugh got knocked out of the $50k yesterday hand has been bothering me all day...

KK in the SB... its raised to 125 (bb = 50) from early position, i re-raise to 375 only he calls..... flop comes 10,5,3 2 spades i bet half pot he calls which gives me a bad feeling... turn 9 spades... i go into tank and realize i dont like the idea of check folding with my stack size and im too scared of check/check with the potential river spade or ace so I go all in (just over pot size bet) and he calls with 10-9 hearts. The river is a non spade ace just to let me know i was beat even by a bad call... so i guess that helped a little... tournies so frustrating

I like a 2/3 bet there of course in some instances I'll overbet all in representing AK and get a caller with second pair or something just as weak.

Just went all in with KQ on Full Tilt.

Someone with Aces called.

Got a Queen on the turn, then got a Queen on the river.

I actually apologized to the guy... talk about a bad beat.
