thing that pisses me off about the way UNC does attendance is they have fucking barcode scanners at every entrance. they know exactly how many people are there but continue to inflate the ever living fuck out of it anyway.

plus if they really did a "visual" method, as tight as the seats are there, every row could look full and still be missing 2, 3, 4 people.

in the 2001-2002 (went 8-20) season UNC's average bball attendance was 16,319. In 2004-2005 (they won it all) their average attendance was 20,522.
