How does Guerin not get an instigator penalty since Gleason wasn't even facing him when he wanted to fight? Oh and I was flipping back to the game and was tuned into the penguins announcers and they tried saying Cole interfered on the play, REALLY (Alberts' goal)?

^^to be fair to Guerin he didn't attack Gleason.. it just looked like a miscommunication. I think he and Gleason were talking before the faceoff and Guerin probably thought they had settled they were gonna go when he puck dropped and Gleason didn't realize it until he turned around and saw Guerin waiting

Gleason should've just let him drop his gloves and skate away - though would've been a pansy play, 2-5 minute power play depending on what Guerin does next. For whatever reason, fights ALWAYS spark the Penguins, winners or losers in the fight, so why bother? I just hate the Penguins and all things Pittsburgh (Pirates are okay, I mean what have they done in the past however many years).

I still can't believe the Canes scratched Rod. I've been calling for it (not on here) forever it seems. And I love the Pitkanen to Jokinen chemistry that has been going on since he came over. I know they hammer it home that they played together a lot, but the proof is in the pudding.

And I agree Gleason probably knew it was coming after the debacle by the goal. Who knows though. Before the faceoff, Gleason and Talbot were engaged somewhat and then Guerin comes in. It's not like Gleason was going with Crosby in which I could understand Guerin stepping in, but Talbot can handle himself in a fight
