i'd be interested to know if it were work related things or personal stuff that brought on your emotions. I think if it is work related, maybe talking to the boss (or HR person if you have one) might be a good thing, but if not, it might be best to just go ahead, take the rest of the day off, and go clear your head or try to work whatever it is out.

i wouldn't be concerned unless this dude is local or she is planning on taking a mysterious trip sometime soon. sometimes people flirt and its harmless.
