Going to five NCAATs in a row wasn't good enough, so they fired their coach. Then winning a conference title for the first time in over twenty years ago wasn't good enough, so they fired their coach again!"

That said, who would care about Lowe getting his stay extended by winning out in the ACCT? The way I see it:

1) At least we accomplished something for once.
2) We're going to suck for the foreseeable future anyway.
3) We'll probably suck from here to eternity, regardless of who is coaching. Coach K decides he wants a real challenge, brings his whole staff to NCSU to fix us - we'd still be bottom of the barrel. That's just what defines NCSU athletics.
4) We won't win the ACCT so the point really isn't worth debating.

Who cares if we're 4-12? Yeah, we're not where we want to be in year 5, but to win something we haven't won in 20+ years?

I don't think Yow is dumb enough to fire a coach if he won the school an ACC Championship. Plus, how would that look to possible new coaches?

Really? Seriously? Do you people not even watch the fucking games? You guys realize the format of the tournament will not allow us play Wake Forest 4 times? The first day we're probably going to have to play VTech or FSU, who will completely dominate us and then put it into cruise control on their way to day 2. Our team has no fucking clue how to win. I mean, they really have no idea.
