in 2006 i sold a brand new video ipod thing that i won in a raffle at work. sucker went for $399 brand new or something. i put the ad on CL and had like 5 people interested immediately. so i played them off of each other and got the price up from $200 to $325 before selling it it's amazing how much people will spend if you tell them someone else is bidding higher!
