people should stop having babies

there are too many people as it is

AND YET

i know uneducated people have the most babies

so if the smart people stop having babies, we'll still have almost as many, but they'll be dumb

better to have 15% more babies and have some grow up capable of running important institutions, or have 15% fewer and a crapshoot

the real solution is to improve general education so that even the dullards in society are functional citizens

but america gave up on education long ago
