how does the granola price compare at whole foods as opposed to some place like harris teeter or food lion? I like the "name brand" granola just fine, but it is just so expensive, and I remember Whole Foods having almost an entire isle full of the stuff... if it is any cheaper to get it there, I will stop by there on my way home in the morning and pick up a box

^4 because! i guess it is cereal in general. you are like "i am eating cereal this is healthy" then you look at the serving size and are like "damn"

because who eats just 1 cup of cereal? NOT me.

and with granola i've found that the serving size is usually less than that. its like...2/3 of a cup. and that isn't enough for me. then you add milk or yogurt and then i feel like i should have just eaten mcdonalds.

i mean it depends on what kind you get obviously. and if you are good at starvation. but i am not.

^^^ and sodium, too.

p.s. don't get me wrong it tastes delicious.

i guess it depends on how healthy the cereal you eat is. when i was on my hardcore diet, i ate 1 cup of some super healthy shit. was like 11g of fiber, like 10g of protein, and a whole slew of other shit. it was pretty gross so it was easy to only eat 1cup
