I'm also in a bad mood...so I'm going to vent here...

I think it is so fucking dumb that people expect you to kiss their ass for their wedding. Yeah, I'm happy for you and all that you're getting married! That's great...but I'm sorry that I can't spend hundreds of dollars to go to Charlotte and spend the weekend in a fancy hotel and go clubbing for your bachelorette party.
I'm sorry that I live 5 hours away and I can't come up there every other weekend to go to some damn shower or luncheon or party just to spend more money on you.
But part of it is probably because I've had to sit around my whole life and watch everyone just fawn over you because you were the perfect one in the family. Everyone loved you the most. You could do no wrong...just like that one time at my birthday party when you took the t-ball bat away from me and hit me because it was your turn to hit the ball...I got in trouble for it.

anyway...shit like this just makes me want to elope...get me a gift if you want to...and maybe after we elope I'd be down for a party, but shit, I don't need some huge "everyone come kiss my ass event" to get married to the guy that I love.

so I tried to help out my boyfriend this morning by taking care of his dogs. He left early and I said don't worry I'll feed em, let them out, then bring them back in before I leave.


He leaves. I go down to the basement, feed them, put the electric fence collar on Griffin, then let them out the bilco door. Go upstairs, watch tv, eat cereal, take a shower, dress, get ready to leave, go down to basement, call in the dogs and only Dottie comes in.
