I do eat healthy breakfast/lunch but dinner is terrible. After class I either cook something quick or eat some type of fast food (not fried usually though)

OK, so check out this scenario from a woman at my job.

She said she's cold and should put on her coat. But then she said she doesn't want to put on the coat because if she is still cold, then there's no where to go from there. So I asked her, "So you'd rather be cold now, than put on a coat and be less cold, but still cold?" "Yes."

So then she said she's shivering. So I say to put on the coat. Then she says she is afraid to put it on because she might get too warm/comfortable and fall asleep at her desk.
