I am pretty much the best as voicing my concern about a problem that I feel has arose in a relationship without causing a fight and makes things better.

see, if i need to get somethin off my chest, i have to get my woman hoppin mad first. What usually works is me leavin clothes on the floor or not putting the dishes away. THEN when she gets mad and starts naggin...silence. Silence, silence, silence until she storms off upstairs. Then you go up there in order to "comfort her" then you let something slip in a nice way. She goes "WTF?" and shes screaming again, then you get defensive and thats when you tell her what for and drop the mic on her, go watch south park or somethin

shell come back downstairs an hour later and shell apologize because her side nigga didnt answer her texts.

I dunno...I've just gotten to where I really hate fights. I mean we have disagreements and stuff...but maybe two fights our whole relationship. When we were both drunk and the next day were like holy shit that was dumb.

I've just been around couples who fight all the time, and so has he...and we just don't see that doing any good. I would rather just talk to him and let him know what's bugging me in a setting where we both actually listen to each other and get something out of it than us just both get on the defensive mode and tune each other out and just wait for the other to be quiet before talking.

but I guess we have both just been around couples that fight almost all the time. Where it's like "have they fought yet today?" nope? "be back in an hour when the fight is over"

We both hate it. We have had arguments. But especially with it being long distance right now...having a fight over the phone is not going to do anything constructive all it would do is make one of us hang up and pretty much halt all communication for a while...which is not what we need.

yogurt should be low in lactose, but commercially available greek yogurt is usually thickened with milk solids. ur screwed

The lactase pill not the lactose free milk. I take the supplement before I have dairy; makes it easier on your stomach. The supplement is getting so expensive now.
