sooooo i dont get it - i have called and left 4 voicemails over the last 2 weeks for this guy at my HVAC company to call me back about setting up an appointment to get a part replaced. i have been nothing but nice in my voicemails but now i'm getting kind of annoyed because the way we have the unit rigged is fire code a-okay but it's not a permanent solution. obviously i want a permanent solution. i know this guy isn't on vacation because the girl at the front desk said he was in the office. just wondering if i should start badgering him or what. he apparently is the only one that would know about the part. i just would like to know when we can schedule an appointment!

yes unfortunately, i am kind of backed into a corner with them because they installed a new HVAC at my condo a couple of years ago. to be able to stay within the warranty, i can only have them work on the unit. the problem is that the part that needs to be fixed is actually BEHIND the HVAC unit so i need them to remove the HVAC to fix the part. so if i went with another company, it would null and void my warranty but also a lot of other HVAC companies won't touch any work that isn't theres so i am kind of stuck.

anyways - i finally got in touch with the guy i needed to and we set up a game plan so i am happy now.

Yes, there is cloud-to-cloud lighting.

However, lightning is still lightning, thus just as dangerous. The RISK is what's changed.
