it was my bday at Jax. maggie comes, buys everyone a shot (everyone being ohhhhh 30 people), we all drink and sing karaoke. she asks me to pick out a guy that would be uncomfortable if she serenaded him--i point to Bibeau. we all get to the point of hammer time. everyone gets rowdy. she apparently tries to see brett's penis. everyone's still drinking. still karaoking. 2 o'clock comes. we all cab it home.

when you've been doing something for so long, you don't miss it...i haven't had breakfast as a necessity in 10 years give or take. i save it for late night trips or on the weekends. and when i do i go all out having a full breakfast spread. plus, i'm not a morning person.

Yes it is, your metabolism slows incredibly after fasting overnight. Eating a morning meal will start up your metabolism otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and will transfer any food eaten later on into fat for a long unknown fast.
