New wing has a ps2 with guitar hero II and a wii with a few games on it, not to mention multi-cpu workstations dedicated for CAD use. Add the semi-private work areas and group workspaces, around 4 times the total number of computers the old wing had, and plenty of chairs... it's an almost ideal place for group projects and/or individual studying. The only problem is that it's not big enough.

It's a good way to take a study break for a few minutes. You can just go over, play some Wii sports with someone, then go back to studying. It makes sense to put something like that in there. Unfortunately the people who use it sit on it for hours and aren't using it to take breaks at all.
