I wouldn't go to saucer expecting a deal on any beer- i feel like i pay too much for everything there. I go for the selection and because it is sometimes (more than not) the only place that I can buy the beer in a bar setting, overpriced or not


PS- I'll let you know about the price (if they have any left) because I am for sure going for lunch!

They only have bottles left, roughly a case. They aren't advertising that they have any left, i just happened to peak inside the walk-in and see them. Had it been on the just landed board and listed as $10 i'd be cool with it, and would have passed. Oh well, it's done been drank and processed.

you think so? I was disappointed with my hopslam tap offerings this season, but each time I had it in bottle it reminded me why i enjoyed it so much. But for all draughts and kegs i've learned YMMV and the product inside can differ from place to place based on their system/lines/age or keg/etc..

yeah, I was never impressed with it bottled (I mean, I thought it was good, but couldn't understand why it was so sought after), but on Draft- damn I am glad I decided to go in and get it while it lasted!

I'm on more of an IPA kick (well I don't know if it is so much a kick- it has been going on for over a year now), so stouts are not my favorite things. I can handle some barley wines though (that extra alcohol makes it worth it for me )
