geez- yall need to talk to your HR departments... if your supplied equipment (desk, chairs, etc) is causing you actual physical discomfort, then they need to find a better suited product for you (per OSHA)

However, ergonomics was the reason I went and asked them to order me a keyboard drawer. I had it the next day, and am just too busy to install it.

well I guess if you don't even have an HR guy/girl, then you'd have to report it to your boss (Most companies have someone that is appointed that duty, even if it isn't all that they do, but just a minority of their full capacity). OSHA is serious business, and if the company can't afford even an HR person, then they really couldn't afford a silly lawsuit from something like this.


I believe it works that if you report it and they do nothing, then they are at fault. If you don't report it, though, then tough shit.
