Code Black at a hospital will either mean there is a bomb threat currently on the campus or a potential for one. The potential aspect is usually used if someone with a bomb is seen in the area or a threat is communicated about someone coming to blow up the hospital.

I understand that but the entire vibe of the bombing doesn't have a radical Islam feel to it. Maybe I'm off base but how often do they pull small scale, non-suicide bombings in western countries?

While true, if it is religious based, you must also consider that while these guys may be extremists, they are not arabic islamic extremists, which is what we're most familiar with as far as terrorist attacks, e.g., we know what al qaeda attacks look like; not necessarily rouge islamic extremist attacks (or other smaller organizations)


Hopefully that reads correctly and doesn't sound racist. It's not that some are arabic and thus worse, it's just different organizations, cultures, training, etc. in different regions of the world
