normally non-generic prescriptions are $40/month. my prescription plan covers non-generics. not a problem......until saturday when the pharmacist told me that my prescription is now going to cost $63.52 because my insurance is only going to pay $36

i had problems with them last month because they tried to override the doctor's prescription change and give me the generic. well normally that wouldn't be the problem except that i am highly allergic to the generic.

^^^If I have time, I shower at the gym. Since I have my kids with me, I have to abide by their childcare hours. They can only stay up to 2 hours a day and sometimes I'm there more than once in a day and the kid's area isn't open the entire time the gym is open. Today, I got out there with just enough time to get in my cardio, but no time to strength train or shower. I'll be so glad when Silas goes back to school and we can get back on a normal schedule.

That's one that I got last week and didn't really like. Today I had raspberry. They were fruit on the bottom. Agreed on those being not so delicious. Imo store brand ones seem to be better than brand name, but as a whole I still seem to prefer plain + actual fruit.

are UPS routes arranged in a manner to deliver to businesses during business hours and residences in late afternoon? every place i've ever lived the UPS guy has always shown up between 4-6

yet at work he's here at like 10am every day

I worked for UPS for a while so maybe I can offer some insight.

They set up the routes such that they knock out everything doing as little backtracking as possible. if your house is near the start of your route, you'll be getting it earlier. they knock out the overnight/paid extra early delivery stuff first. then they go between residences and businesses in the most logical fashion, sometimes breaking route to make sure all business deliveries/pick-ups are done before close of business. Residences get pushed back a bit sometimes because your house doesn't close at 5/6 but if you're lucky and at the start of someones route you can get your package closer to 10-noon. I think that's when my local guy usually comes.

Sometimes if the business load is locally large enough there could be a guy that does nothing but deliver to businesses, and if it's small enough in an area with a lot of houses, a guy will do almost nothing but deliver to neighborhoods.

they usually deliver at my house between 7-9. had a package delivered at 10pm one night. that was kind of extreme.

i'm watching a package i sent up to a detroit suburb. it's already been delayed, and i was unhappy about it sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

I signed up for UPS Alerts...It alerts me the day before a package is supposed to be delivered (gives you the delivery time window). I can sign in, change delivery address (for a fee) or ask for the package to be held at a UPS facility.

Its nice b/c it updates you if the package is going to be delivered early or there are shipping delays.
