yes, most certainly... haven't figured out where, but will be watching. A certain Tim is trying to get me to go to the Morrisville Ruckus, but that has not been set in stone. It will depend on how the moving goes tomorrow

(although I will say, that is more than likely be where I go, and if not, it will be somewhere in MV)

All y'all need remember...you pass the caster residence on your way to morrisville ruckus. The back road route from there to our house is 5 minutes.

Unless you take that route I opened Tim's eyes to driving him home from Tyler's. Then you don't pass it at all.

Someone weeks ago asked about Louboutin and their red soles as a trademark. Here's the updated court decision: https://sites.google.com/site/rtushnet/opinions/TransportRoom.pdf?attredirects=0&d=1

It basically states that the red sole is protectable and has secondary meaning, but only as a contrasting color to the rest of the outer shoe and Louboutin isn't entitled to prohibit the use of monocolor shoes.
