^^We have an informal "no smokers" policy at work. Can't start smoking once you work here, and you likely won't get hired if you smoke, and if you smoke before you work here, you've got to quit. They make it PC with incentives and such, but basically no smokers are allowed.

The case draws a distinction between "private messages" and public posts. So, if you have to be a user to read it, but there's no screening process, then it's public. i.e., anyone with $5 can sign up for TWW and then buy premium, so premium palace posts would no longer be private. But not everyone has access to what email address I used to create this account, so that would still be protected.

many years ago on Seasame Street, they would show this short clip of the inside of a toy store. The toys would come alive and the video footage showed different toys just doing their thing to some music that I can only best describe as "circus-like" It would creep me out, but at the same time I couldn't help but not stop watching it.
