God he does, it started last thurs i went that friday and he cleaned it out (omg it hurt). Went this past monday and he cleaned it out again. It's getting better but it's just so slow and it's basically having to heal from the inside out - I just didn't expect it to last this long. I try and keep it as clean as possible and change my dressings regularly, use a warm compress . . .
I also think i went back to work too early and am overdoing it.
