Yeah. I'm signed in on my old band's page trying to see if I can download it in the profile settings. Unfortunately, I do not know of any members in the band having a digital or hard copy of the songs. So, I'd really like to get them at least on my own hard drive.

as i sit here munching on tzatziki i got at Neomonde yesterday

labneh is similar to greek yogurt, but it's not exactly the same. i have made tzatziki a few times using greek yogurt but it never tastes as good as the stuff at Neomonde. i'm convinced it's because of the yogurt that i use. i keep meaning to buy a container of labneh from Neomonde and try again using that instead of greek yogurt.

Well it sort of is and isn't relevant to your dad. The paper looked at 2 large cohort studies. One here in the US and the other in Europe. At the 10-year follow up of one group who had surgery vs PSA plus active surveillance ( biopsies, regular doctor's visits, etc.) they saw no change in the mortality rate. Yet, PSA levels is still the standard testing. And they can't even agree on the cutoff number for what is considered a positive PSA.

The editorial pointed out osme holes in both studies, but the take home message was PSA screening has resulted in high false positives, unnecessary biopsies, and overdiagnosis.

Obviously, none of this matters if you have an aggressive tumor and the levels are probably off the charts, and biopsies and other tests were performed.
