Cool. It does seem even thicker than Greek yogurt, like almost buttery. But this is the first I've had that I can recall so I wasn't sure if that was typical. I got some from Hillsborough Cheese Co. yesterday. I am actually about to make some tzatziki with it.

I just had a weird experience at the dentist. My dentist and his wife are partners. I usually see him and have never seen her. Today I went in for my appointment and she's the one who came over. I figured he was out sick today or something. But then she starts talking about "I always love to see you but we don't want you to have to come back here with dental issues" or something along those lines. For a minute I was worried I was in someone else's place by accident. But I wasn't, and now I am just confused.
