with the new christmas beers and stouts coming out, you shouldn't have a problem finding something that works... spiced christmas beers pair well with gingerbread, etc.

or the pumpkins, if fresh, should have enough spice on it to be able to stand up to the right cookie.

iced oatmeal with a terrapin wake n bake or moo hoo

the southern teir beers barely even need cookies
